DSA Electrical were contracted by Babergh District Council in April 2019 to undertake a one year contract to carry out repairs, upgrades and rewires to 100 social housing properties.
Although the contract is for a relatively small number of properties, the contract has presented a number of challenges. The properties are widely spread across a rural area with sometimes 20 miles between properties. The property types vary from bungalows and 2 bed flats to 4 bed houses.
