Given the unprecedented global situation we find ourselves in due to the Coranavirus pandemic, we would like to reassure our clients of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of all, and that we can continue to deliver services as efficiently as possible. The situation and Government advice is changing rapidly, but as of 19th March 2020, these are the steps DSA Electrical is taking to ensure business continuity:
• We have carried out a thorough Risk Assessment covering infection control which can be viewed on request
• In line with Government advice, office staff who are able to work from home are doing so leaving a skeleton staff at Head Office to ensure continued operations
• Enhanced hygiene protocols have been introduced for office staff and site engineers
Our Risk Assessment and Business Continuity procedure are reviewed on a daily basis and staff are receiving daily updates.
