It’s International Womens’ Day and we would like to celebrate the female input we have that makes DSA Electrical a success:
We lead from the top with Managing Director, Rachel Richards, and follow with Stores Manager, Julie Passway, Contracts Administration Manager, Jane Eagle, HR Manager, Kelly Pearce, Head of Compliance, Donna Kennedy and Accountant, Nikki Addington all holding management positions. We have a further 7 female members of staff, one of which is a female electrician, Alice, whom we trained and qualified.
Encouraging women into a male dominated industry can be difficult, but with the right training and support the industry can become inclusive to both sexes which will benefit the electrical industry and society as a whole.
