David began DSA Electrical in 1992. With over 50 years of industry experience, David now provides advice and guidance to the team where needed.
Rachel is a Chartered Accountant and joined DSA Electrical in 2006. Previously a Financial Controller at Willis, her qualifications include BSc, FCA and BTEC in Leadership and Management.
Following 10 years as Senior Network Engineer at Travelers, Gavin is our IT lead and is a Board director. He is our NICEIC Principal Duty Holder, with responsibility for our Qualified Supervisors and Planner software.
Rob joined us as an apprentice in 2006, working his way up to his current role. Rob oversees our contracts, workforce planning, quality control and client liaison.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Tom oversees many of our commercial contracts, as well as managing our Apprenticeship programme.
Keith spent 34 years at Newham Council as Head of Repairs at the DLO where he was responsible for a team of over 100 operatives. Keith now manages many of our housing contracts.
Jeff is an experienced engineer, site foreman and contracts manager who has worked extensively on many of our public sector contracts including our education and healthcare contracts.
Prior to joining DSA Electrical, Simon previously worked with a local M&E contractor for 16 years. Simon liaises with potential clients to produce costings for estimated works.
Our engineers are highly experienced, 18th Edition qualified, DBS checked and trained in Equality & Diversity. Some of our engineers have been with us for decades. Many joined us as Apprentices and have grown with us. Regular Toolbox Talks and our HR software ensures all our engineers are kept up to date on Health & Safety training and the latest industry changes.
Our Head Office Team comprises a diverse range of professionals that are critical to our success – Qualified Supervisors, accounts, estimators, marketing and administration.
Our friendly and experienced Customer Service and Resident Liaison team are always on hand to manage bookings and answer queries.
